Reasons:

Tetracyclines

herbs contain calcium sulfate which may combine with tetracyclines and render it ineffective.

Iron compounds, vitamin B1

the herbs contain large amount of tannin acid and may result in tannin salt

Aluminium Hydroxide , Aminophylline , Sodium Bicarbonate

the drugs are alkaline and the herbs are acidic.

Aspirin

the herbs posses the effect steroid and aspirin can stimulate the mucus lining of the stomach

Digitalis type of drug

the herbs contain calcium ions and can increase the toxicity of digitalis and can result in arrhythmia heart block

the herb can increase the function of the drug and may cause cardiac exhaustion

Diuretics for expelling potassium

the herb has mineralocorticoid effect which can retain sodium and expel potassium and may cause over expelling K and result in low overly potassium.

Sulphonamides

may cause increase of uric acid crystal formation

Sodim bicarbonate, Aminophylline , theophyline
